Today I had a blast serving as a guest on Significantly Square Leadership with host and fellow motivational speaker Nash Warfield(Nashwarfield.com). For Nash, being a leader requires us to be as square as possible. He has rewired our interpretation of the saying, “Don’t be such a Square”. By most of our former standards being a square would not be positive; it would mean that you simply did not fit in.  These days Nash has us striving to embrace all of our edges, to create fresh ideas, positive change, and overall growth in our community. Not fitting in is just fine for me….blaze your own path; live with purpose!
